Q: What is your pricing policy? A: Cover Price - no sales tax, freight or handling charges are added to US orders. For free freight for international customers there is a 3 book minimum, less than 3 books freight will be discounted depending on book weight. US customers will be shipped Media mail, international customers surface economy. Priority mail is an available option, additional fees will be added to account.
Q: Can I get books not listed in your catalog? A: We have access to most books in print any category. Just use our contact form to make your request and provide all the information you can and we will try to find it for you. Whenever possible we will try to provide it at our normal price.
Q: Will you only sell books? A: As Time and money allow other products and features will be added. We want to be your home for anything science fiction or fantasy.
Q: Can you get me a DVD.? A: Just ask us we have access to thousands.
Q: What are the shipping costs? A: US customers get free media mail shipping on all orders. Priority mail for faster shipment is available for an additional charge (discounted less media mail cost). International customers must by three items to qualify for free surface economy mail or receive discounted freight charges. Please use our contact form for shipping questions.
Q: Is there a discount for organizations ordering multiple copies of same book? A: Contact us with your request?
Q: Can I order new books in advance of publication. A: We will list title up to 4 months before they are available. Then when they are available they will be automatically shipped to you. We will also be able to ship new books by your favorite authors as they are released..
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax? A: No that is part of our discount to customers as well as not adding handling charges. The price you see is all that you pay.
Q: Can I order a book and have it shipped to someone else. A: Yes except to prisons and jails, we need to know the rules to each institution before accepting those orders.
